Key Responsibilities

1. Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner, taking messages as necessary.
2. Maintain the office filing system, ensuring files are organized and up-to-date.
3. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, including arranging necessary resources and preparing meeting agendas.
4. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
5. Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are adequate.
6. Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning documents, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.

Skills & Experience

1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office assistant.

3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
